DigPilot’s latest edition of sensors are fully interchangeable, a boom sensor can be swapped with a bucket sensor without even restarting the system. This will enable redundancy and a sparing philosophy that can get you up and digging quickly after accidentally smashing a sensor into a rock, theft a.o.

  • Load plan files / projects through the cloud to your DigPilot PC.

  • Upload documentation of work to dedicated folders in your created site.

 

CLOUD SERVICE / DIGPILOT OFFICE:

Create a site in our cloud service and transfer plan files from an autocad program such as Gemini.

 

The files are now available in the excavator.

 

Upload documentation from the excavator to dedicated folders in DigPilot Office.

 

Send messages between office and excavator through DigPilot Office.

WHERE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY MEETS CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

DigPilot is developed and manufactured by Gundersen & Løken AS. A company from Oslo, Norway

established in 1899.

Gundersen and Løken have previously produced instruments for the construction industry.

For the past decades we have been dealers of German instruments of very high quality.

 

 

2008: DigPilot's sees the light for the first time. The green wireless sensors are manufactured.

 

 

 

2012: DigPilot enters the construction world with its own GPS. The first generation of the rover is produced.

 

 

 

2014: A cloud for uploading project files from for example Gemini, site creation and documentation upload from excavator to office. DigPilot Office is ready.

 

 

 

2018: DigPilot's software is rewritten to the Windows 10 platform and is now ready for new features.

 

 

 

2019: 1) The wired sensors comes into operation.

 

           2) Second generation of the rover is produced.

 

           3) DigPilot Localizer is fully developed and implemented in the software.

 

We focus on both hardware and software. The system should be robust and reliable, but also accurate and highly user-friendly.

DigPilot a mobile system and can be supplied with either wired sensors or rechargeable wireless sensors.

GPS, sensors and PC can be moved between machines in minutes.

 

All components are waterproof and the sensors are made ready for dredging.

 

All production and development takes place in Norway by highly competent engineers.
